How to Remove Tophi On Elbow

Gouty tophi that grows on joint is the most annoying type of tophi lump. It is fine when the size is small, but as it increases its size to become a protrude structure, this tophi lump will affect the movement of that particular joint and eventually prevent the joint from moving at all!
